In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you must email us a video of the unboxing within 24 hours of receiving your order. This video proof is mandatory for processing claims regarding damaged or missing items.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom-made orders (e.g., specific bangle sizes or color combinations requested by you) and sale items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days.
